Razanta was founded with a clear mission: to deliver, refurbishment packages for occupied social housing with a level of care, compliance and professionalism that the sector demands but rarely receives.

We are the trusted sub-contractor for some of the UK's largest Tier 1 principal contractors:

including United living, Wates and Amber delivering kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, roofing, structural repairs, metalwork and full internal refurbishments within occupied homes.
