Community Roots: Enhancing Our Local Green Spaces
At the heart of our mission is a commitment to more than just construction; it’s about building social value and fostering stronger connections within the communities where we work. We recently had the privilege of putting this into practice by supporting a revitalization project for a local community garden.
The Project: Safety, Accessibility, and Growth
Community gardens are vital hubs for well-being and biodiversity. Our goal was to provide functional improvements that ensure the space remains a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Our team delivered several key enhancements:
Timber Fencing Installation: We installed a new timber fence designed to safely delineate the walkway from the delicate garden beds. This ensures the planting areas are protected while maintaining clear, accessible paths for the public.
Site Clearance & Restoration: To improve the overall aesthetics and safety of the site, our team cleared debris and deep-cleaned the surrounding areas, creating a fresh canvas for future growth.
New Planter Box: We constructed and installed a brand-new planter box, providing additional space for the community to cultivate flowers, herbs, and vegetables.
